Units 28 & 30 are all west facing villas allowing for maximum views of Nicaragua's famous sunsets. Open up your sliding doors and let the breeze flow through the homes as you enjoy a cold beverage on our patio space while the sun dips below the horizon. Located in the hills of San Juan del Sur, these villas offer guests the perfect getaway in the beautiful country of Nicaragua. These two story, two bedroom, two bathroom ocean view villas within the ground of Villa de Palermo resort have all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay including hot water, wifi, A/C , cable tv, modern, modern and well stocked kitchens, indoor and outdoor seating spaces, community pool, and an on-site restaurant. Allowing for maximum privacy, the bedrooms are located on different levels of the villas. The comfortable air conditioned bedrooms with queen bed and en-suite bathroom each come with gorgeous views. This means everyone gets an equally lovely space to call their own. Each of these vacation rental homes allow you many options for your meals. Cook up a storm in the modern kitchen with all the utensils including microwave, stove, refrigerator, pots, pans, knives and utensils. If you are feeling indulgent, or even a little tired, the on-site restaurant and bar are only steps away. The location means you don't require a vehicle to explore and enjoy the town and staff are happy to assist with planning excursions to the more remote (yet beautiful!) beaches both north and south of San Juan del Sur.
