Welcome to The Perch. This is your nest above the treetops of Playa Maderas. This is a place to soak in the amazing views of the ocean, above some of the best surfing in Nicaragua. The location of The Perch means incredible access to the waves each day. Nestled into a wooded sanctuary, wildlife, such as monkeys and parakeets, is abundant.

This three-story, 3 bedroom/3 bathroom home has everything you need to be comfortable.

An open-air living room looks out over the trees to the blue Pacific ocean. There is plenty of seating here, even a hammock. A full kitchen with indoor seating is a great spot to enjoy meals with friends and family. Make sure to indulge in some of Nicaragua's fresh fruit and tasty seafood!

Every level of the home has a deck space. This means there is room to take some "me time". Enjoy your morning coffee, or evening cocktail on one of them. Watching the jungle come alive at night and put itself to sleep in the morning is something you won't want to miss. The moonless night sky sparkles. And the view over the ocean when the moon is present? Trust us, it is unreal (but it is real!)

There a three bedrooms, sleeping six guests. Two on the middle level, and one on the lower level. Each room has AC to ensure you have a comfortable nights sleep. Three, 3-piece bathrooms (each with hot water) means there will be no line up in the morning.

In an effort to be eco-conscious, The Perch is run entirely on solar Power.

Access to The Perch requires a 4x4 vehicle, or ATV. This is for your safety. The roads are steep, but this is why we have some of the best views in all the Maderas area. We can help you with renting a vehicle at discounted rates with our local partners.
