Four minutes to the sand, four more to town centre, Casa Miramar is a private Ocean view compound with two separate villas around a courtyard of lush landscaping which are combined into one sprawling home! Foot access to town makes this an ideal location for those wanting to enjoy all that is on offer in San Juan del Sur.

With five bedrooms, the home sleeps up to ten guests comfortably. Each room has AC to ensure a comfortable nights sleep. Five bathrooms (each with hot water) are located in the home.

The unique feature of Casa Miramar (that that it is two homes combined to form one large compund) has us suggesting that early risers in your group take rooms on one side and late starters the other- the two kitchens means that you can make coffee and breakfast without disturbing those needing a little lay in! Gas stoves and modern appliances make cooking easy

Open the terrace doors to create an indoor/outdoor living space where you can swim in the private pool, relax on the cushioned patio furnishings and gather around the gas grill for afternoon barbecues. Wake up each morning to the sun sparkling on the water and brew a fresh pot of Nicaraguan coffee in the well stocked kitchen. Gather for meals at the dining room table; work from home with the excellent WiFi; or visit any of the many nearby beaches (Remanso, Coco, Hermosa, Marsella, Maderas, Majagual)—know that when you return home you can rinse off the sand in the amazing outdoor shower. Casa Miramar offers all the modern conveniences such as A/C, hot water, wifi, cable, cleaning, security secure parking.

At the end of the day gather together on the terrace and enjoy the local rum, fresh seafood and the most spectacular sunsets in the world. Stay of longer than three nights include one free yoga class at Zen Yoga.
